Tucson Music Hall- Tucson Convention Center is located in downtown Tucson, Arizona. The center was originally named as Tucson Community Center and constructed in 1971.
It is a large multi-purpose convention center with two performing arts venue, Tucson Music Hall with 2,289 seats which is used for performing concerts and operas, Leo Rich Theater with 511 seats which is used for small scale performances and Tucson Arena with 9,275 seats.
The center hosted variety of events like Tucson Gem &Mineral Show, the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus. It served as a home to Tucson Mavericks, Central Hockey League, Tucson Icemen, Southwest Hockey League, Tucson Rustlers, Professional Hockey League, Tucson Gila Monsters, West Coast Hockey League and currently the University of Arizona Wildcats club hockey team. |
